🥩 1 oyster lamb leg (around 1.5 - 2kg)

🥩 1½ tsp black pepper

🥩 2 tsp 7-spice

COOKING LIQUID

🍋 2L boiling water

🍋 2-3 tsp salt

🍋 2-3 Tbsp vegetable ghee

 ✨GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN WITH POTATOES✨ GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN WITH POTATOES  @kizzy_rizzy_  🍋 1kg chicken marylands 🍋 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges 🍋 8 garlic cloves 🍋 1 Tbsp white vinegar  🍋 1 tsp salt 🍋 1 tsp paprika 🍋 1 tsp turmeric 🍋 1 tsp pepper 🍋 1/2 tsp cinnamon  🍋 1 chicken stock cube  🍋 1 cup boiling water 🍋 1/3 cup olive oil 🍋 1/4-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Dissolve stock cube in boiling water and set aside. Preheat oven to 180°C. Add potatoes and chicken to a baking tray. Crush garlic and salt in a mortar & pestle then transfer to a jug. Add cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and garlic paste and mix. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes. Coat everything really well.
